New Extractivism, An assemblage of concepts and allegories.

"New Extractivism" is a conceptual and allegorical exploration created by Professor of New Media, Vladan Joler. It is both a stunning graphic work and a meticulous research project. This project investigates the structures and forces that shape our digital world. It highlights how major tech companies, akin to black holes, attract and assimilate content and users, thereby defining a universe where escape seems unlikely. The ideas are presented in the form of maps, guides, and explanatory notes that reveal the often invisible nature of exploitation in the modern digital economy.
